No. LinePing is focused on the live walk-in queue. Keep advance appointments in the booking tool you already use and use LinePing for walk-ins, flash days, piercing traffic or consultation queues.
Do clients need to download an app?
No. They scan a QR code or open a link and join in their normal phone browser.
Can I use it for a flash day?
Yes. A flash day is one of the clearest fits: people arrive, join one visible queue and can follow their live ticket instead of repeatedly asking who is next.
Would this work at a tattoo convention?
Potentially, yes. A QR queue can help an artist or booth organise walk-up interest, consultations and short sessions without adding another customer app.
Is LinePing meant to replace Fresha, Booksy or other booking software?
No. Those products solve broader appointment, calendar and business-management jobs. LinePing is deliberately narrower: a lightweight live queue for the people who are already at your studio, booth or event.
